Christmas Bags and more

December 24, 2009

Well, it’s Christmas Eve … and I’ve been busy sewing!!! I am phasing out the wrapping paper and making drawstring bags from Christmas patterned fabric. The kids are excited about it, which is cool. I sewed 22 bags in the past week. I’ll stock up on more fabric after the holidays and will make more for next year and beyond.

Here are the first two I did, which gained the approval of the kids

And here are 19 of the bags (the other three still needed to be filled at this point)

I sewed a diaper for Jack today (it was the present he opened tonight). It’s nice and soft inside. 🙂

Natalie is getting this cute tutu pettiskirt I made her … I hope it fits!!!

I can share the rest of the gifts I made after everyone opens their gifts. 🙂

Merry Christmas!
